To uphold the reputation and quality of RewardGamer, all publishers who apply are held to the following Terms of Service.

Please note that we may change our policies at any time, it is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with and adhere to the policies posted here.

Publisher Responsibility
RewardGamer Publishers are accountable for the actions of their users. RewardGamer reserves the right to reverse Reward payouts which were obtained through fraudulent activity.

Account Transferability
RewardGamer accounts are not transferable, assignable or resalable in connection with the sale of your site or otherwise. Should a site change ownership or management, the prior owner or manager must cancel their RewardGamer account. The new owner or manager of the site may sign up for a new RewardGamer account in their own name.

Copyrighted Material
In order to avoid associations with copyright claims, website publishers may not display RewardGamer ads on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results.

Acceptable content
RewardGamer Publishers are expected to maintain sites that are related to online gaming. Sites which no longer meet this criteria may have their RewardGamer Publisher status revoked.

Unacceptable content:
Excessive profanity
Casino, Casino-related or Gambling content
Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others

Reversals
Rewards may be reversed at anytime due to fraud, failure to complete Reward terms, mis-representation, or at the behest of the advertiser or RewardGamer.

Payment
Payouts will be made when a Publisher's account balance exceeds $25USD at the end of a billing period.
